IN LOVING MEMORY OF WELDON EARL SMITH
Mission - Weldon Earl Smith, 61, passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2016, in Mission, Texas. Weldon was born in Dallas, Texas on January 11, 1955. After retiring from Ettinger Rosini & Associates at the end of 2013 he moved to Mission with his wife, Toni.
Weldon was a kind and loving man that loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed fishing and traveling in his RV with his wife and grandchildren. Weldon was a member of Palm Valley Church and Mission Lions Club.
Weldon is survived by his wife, Toni L. Smith; four children, Aprile Smith, Leeanne Smith, Paul (Laura) Swigart and Glen Swigart; four grandchildren, Jayden, Cason, Teddy and Addysen; his parents, Lester and Lee Smith; a brother, Forest Smith; a sister, Louann Stroup; numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 16, 2016, at First Baptist Church, 125 East James Street,, Wills Point, Texas. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to a charity of your choice.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
