I had the blessing of meeting Nikki in my media writing and reporting class. Not only was I completely in awe of her intelligence, but also because of her beautiful spirit. I will never forget her clever and witty responses in class, and especially her smile, and the love that she spread everywhere she went. We became classmate friends, and to my surprise, because she did't share she was in drama, when I went to see a play/musical at St. Mary's drama club.. there was Nikki; shining bright. I remember the impact it had on me. I thought, "wow" this girl is beautiful inside and out; talented in so many ways. Then she continued to spread her joy to others as a cheerleader for our school. I will always treasure my time with her at St. Mary's, and her beautiful spirit that continues to live on. Love you, Nikki. I know you are continuing to shine bright up in the sky, like you always did here on earth.
