I met Celia Garcia when I went to Texas to visit my sister and brother-in-law. Ms. Garcia was there and I had the pleasure of talking to her and she gave me some advise in regards to my health. I know that she will be greatly missed, but I know that she is one of our many angels that are with us until we go to meet them in that wonderful place that God has prepared for all of us who want to be with him and the rest of our loved ones who are no longer with us. I know that they are in a better place. So lets try and be happy for our dear friend. May she rest in peace now. We all love you and are going to miss you Celia.
