you know I knew the day was coming but I was shocked to call and hear it but IM glad I was able to talk to Detlef almost every weekend and we talked about the stuff we had done and we laughed and I could hear the pain and I told him I was praying for him and we were hoping to get one more motor cycle ride in together he wanted to come to Abq NM. I will so miss Detlef and I know he is in a great place and now not hurting. We all hurt because he is gone RIP my brother.
