Obituary of Maria G. Cavazos

MARIA G. CAVAZOS

PHARR - Maria G. Cavazos, 82, went to be with our Lord, Monday November 12, 2018, in Pharr surrounded by her family. Mrs. Cavazos was born in Guanajuato, Mexico, she had lived in Pharr most of her life. Mrs. Cavazos was preceded in death by her husband, Eligio Cavazos; her son, Eligio Cavazos Jr.; her parents, Basilio and Felipa Hernandez. 

Mrs. Cavazos is survive by her six children, Lorena (Juan) Iglesias, Lilliana Cavazos, Maria De La Luz Cavazos, Maria Elia Cavazos, Maria Del Refugio Cavazos, and Elizabeth Cavazos; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchidlren.

Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 9  p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna. 

Funeral service are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
