SANTOS TORRES

SAN JUAN - Santos Torres, 65, went to be with our Lord, Friday October 26, 2018 in San Juan surrounded by his family. Born in Valle Hermoso, Tamps., Mexico he had lived in San Juan most of his life. Mr.Torres was preceded in death by his parents, Julian and Socorro Torres; two brothers, Arturo and Juan Jose Torres.

Mr. Torres is survived by his wife, Lubella Torres; four children, Maria (Lauro) Maravilla, Santos (Maria Angelica) Torres Jr., Omar (Nancy) Torres, and Lubella Dinorah (Arandu Rodriguez) Torres; 16 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; his brother, Alfredo Torres; two sisters, Alicia Rivera, and Dora Torres; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Visitation will be from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Monday, October 29, 2018 at Legacy Chapels, 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery in McAllen. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
