Obituary of Jesus Barrera

JESUS BARRERA

MCALLEN - Jesus Barrera, 90, went to be with our Lord, Tuesday, September 25, 2018 in Edinburg. Mr. Barrera was preceded in death by his wife, Maria Lilia Barrera.

Mr. Barrera is survived by his six children, Jesus (Armandina) Barrera, Rosa (Joel) Fuentes, Oscar (Maria) Barrera, Lazara (Alejandro) Arevalo, Alonzo (Anita) Barrera, and San Juana (Marco) Mata; 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Thursday September 27, 2018 at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, September 28, 2018 at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at La Piedad Cemetery in McAllen. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
