Obituary of Isaias Escamilla

ISAIAS ESCAMILLA

EDINBURG - Isaias Escamilla, 80, went to be with our Lord, Saturday, June 30, 2018 in Edinburg. Born in Karnes City, Texas he had lived in Edinburg most of his life. Mr. Escamilla is preceded in death by his parents, Alfonso and Angelita Escamilla; his sister, Maria Magdalena Reyna; two brothers-in-law, Juan Salinas and Rosendo Gonzalez.

Mr. Escamilla is survived by his wife, Noelia Escamilla; seven children, Hector Escamilla, Elias (Deborah) Escamilla, Eugenio (Yolanda) Escamilla, Nancy (Florencio) Soto, Adela Ruiz, Isaac (Frances) Escamilla and Omar (Reyna) Escamilla; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Moises (Elena) Escamilla and Alfonso (Rosa) Escamilla Jr.; six sisters, Guadalupe Salinas, Anita (Jose) Renteria, Elizabeth Gonzalez, Ernestina Reynero, Gloria (Fernando)Rodriguez and Beatriz (Ignacio) Castilleja; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at Legacy Chapels, 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
