I was saddened to hear of Juanito’s passing. I did a number of inspections on his projects. We always got along so well. It was always a pleasure to visit with him. I can still hear his unique tone in his voice. He will be greatly missed. My deepest condolences to the family. May God grant you strength and peace.
I have know Mr Vargas for the last 4 years. We worked together on several different projects and it was always a pleasure sitting next to him while we had our hour long conversation. He was a wise man that valued hard work and professionalism. He will be greatly missed. My prayers are with the family and close friends of Mr Vargas.

I worked with Juan on the stores in the Texas. I never got to meet him, but it was always a pleasure to talk with him on the phone. I will truly miss him, he was a true gentleman.
