ESMERALDA P. TREVIÑO

EDINBURG - Esmeralda P. Treviño, 63, went to be with our Lord, Monday, February 12, 2018, in Edinburg. Born in Kingsville, Texas, Mrs. Treviño had lived in Edinburg most of her life. Esmeralda is preceded in death by a grandson, Angel Joseph Gomez; her parents, Aniceto and Apolinar Perez; a brother, Aniceto Perez III.

Mrs. Treviño is survived by her husband of 40 years, Ruben Treviño; four daughters, Amy (Jose Jr.) Perez; Jamie (Baldo) Montalvo, Emily (Cesar Gomez) Treviño, and Emy (Ebed) Treviño Silva; 14 grandchildren, Bubba, Noel, Marissa, Anthony, Huzzy, Kimberly, Jordan, Austin, Katlyn, Cassie, Nenae, Jasmine, and EJ;  seven siblings, Ruby (Oscar) Treviño, Juan Luis (Norma) Perez, Ricardo (Yolanda) Perez, Elsa DeLuna, Rodolfo (Micaela Vasquez) Perez, Antonio (Roni) Perez, and Dorothy Perez; numerous nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary Wednesday, February 14, 2018, at Legacy Chapels 4610 S. Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, February 15, 2018, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
