Obituary of Maria Del Socorro Morales

MARIA DEL SOCORRO MORALES

PHARR - Maria Del Socorro Morales, 90, went to be with our Lord, Wednesday, January 24, 2018, in McAllen surrounded by her family. Born in Dr. Coss, N.L., Mexico she had lived in McAllen most of her life. Mrs. Morales is preceded in death by her husband Lazaro Morales; her parents, Manuel and Severa Sepulveda; three sisters, Clarita Sepulveda, Maria De Jesus Sepulveda, and Carida Sepulveda. 

Mrs. Morales is survived by her two children, Yolanda (Heraldo) Villarreal, and Lazaro (Nora) Morales Jr.; seven grandchildren; a sister, America Garcia; four brothers, Ramiro, Simon, Hilario, and Roberto Sepulveda; numerous nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m with a 7 p.m rosary, Monday, January 29, 2018, at Legacy Chapels 4610 S. Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 30, 2018, at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Pharr. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in McAllen.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
