I remember this guy was my doctor when I lived in the valley. I’m just finding out now that he passed. He was such a good doctor and person based on my experience with him. I haven’t seen him in around ten years but I will still remember once in awhile what a nice man he was

lUIS WAS A REGULAR VISITOR AT OUR HOME IN CORAL GATE MIAMI, FLORIDA. HE AND MY BROTHER WERE IN THE SAME HIGH SCHOOL FRATERNITY AT GABLES HIGH. LUIS WAS ALWAYS VERY NICE TO ME. I am so sorry that Dr. Bay was taken so soon. He was a wonderful man with such a great heart. His care and dedication to the healing of his patients, to his wonderful family, and to God are a powerful testament of a life lived in love, faith, and kindness. I know that he is with God and is free of all pain and suffering and knows only peace, joy, and love. I pray that his family and friends be comforted and healed in their hearts, that they know that Dr. Bay is and will always be with them for the rest of their lives still loving and guiding them. May this great man rest in peace ,he saved my life years ago when I started going to him on linburg ave in McAllen ,Tx. My son Emiliano would go to him regulary my son has downs symdrone and he sure liked the doctor because he would get him a coke and joke with him,It broke our hearts when we heard the news as well as many other patients of his,he was always there to help .He showed me a picture one time of his daddy in Cuba and I know he had to be proud of him.I would like to tell his Family our hearts are broken and will take a long time to mend but he will always be in our minds as one of the best Doctors we had the previlage to have known.May you rest in peace my dear freind and on behalf of Emiliano and my self we will burn a candle for the rest of the year,and to his family may the good lord bless you during this dificult time.

Please accept my deepest condolences, Dr. Bay was my primary physician, as such, he was just awesome. He was easy to talk to and we hit it off right away. I will miss him very much, he was such a gentleman and such a good doctor. He will be missed !!

He was a loving, caring and a friend to us. He took his time with us. He explained everything in detail.
He was funny and a real friend.
We moved to La Feria and he continued to be our doctor.
He was honest and sincere.
Truly we will miss him very much..
