Mr. Arellano is survived by his mother, Cecila Aurora Escamilla; four siblings, Lidia Z. Ventura, Jose Alejandro Ventura, Lessly Z. Arellano and Joel A. Arellano; numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and many friends.
