Obituary of Xavier Barco, Jr.

Elsa, Texas

Mr. Xavier Barco, Jr. was born on September 27, 1971 in Weslaco, Texas to Xavier and Juanita(Vela) Barco. Xavier passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at the Aurora House in Weslaco at the age of 46 years. He enjoyed listening to all kinds of music. He especially loved low rider vehicles and loved his chevy S10 1984 Shortbed truck. Xavier will be dearly mssed by his family extended family and friends.

Left to chersih his memory are his parents Xavier Barco Sr. and Juanita Vela Tellez; his sister Susana Barco along with her family Jesse James Ramos, Susana Mendoza, Edwardo Mendoza Jr.; his brother Rene Barco and his family Priscilla Barco; brother Fabian Barco and his family Tanya Barco and Family; sister Juanita Santitos Barco and Rolando Quintanilla, Paternal Grandmother Dolores Barco and a aunt Mary Estella Barco. A tremendous amount of Aunts and Uncles, Cousins, Friends from both side of the Barco and Vela Families.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 16, 2017 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a rosary being recited at 7:00 PM at Legacy Chapels, 4610 South Jackson Rd. in Edinburg. Funeral service will be on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsa, Texas. Interment will follow to Highland Memorial Park Cemetery in Weslaco, Texas
