Obituary of Raul Fernando Balli

RAUL FERNANDO BALLI

MCALLEN - Raul Fernando Balli, 79, went to be with our Lord, Saturday, October 7, 2017, in McAllen surrounded by his family. Mr. Balli is preceded in death by his parents, Aurelio and Herminia Balli. Raul was the owner of El Pocito Restaurant and Tortilla Factory in downtown McAllen for many years.

Mr. Balli is survived by five sibliings: Aurelio F. (Maria  Luisa) Balli, Maria Elena (Martin) Guerra, Maria Concepcion (Rodolfo) Trevino, Federico (Mari Carmen) Balli and Irma Gloria (Gerardo) Vela; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m with a 7 p.m rosary, Sunday, October 8, 2017, at Legacy Chapels 4610 S. Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday, October 9, 2017, at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in McAllen. Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery in McAllen. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
