OCTAVIO "TAVO" ALVAREZ
EDINBURG - Octavio "Tavo" Alvarez, 64, went to be with our Lord, Monday, August 21, 2017, in Edinburg surrounded by his family. Mr. Alvarez is preceded in death by his parents, Reynaldo and Luisa Alvarez; a brother, Rogelio Alvarez.
Mr. Alvarez is survived by his wife, Evangelina Alvarez; three children: Ricardo (Lynnette) Alvarez, Anita (Jorge) Moya, and Rudy Alvarez M.D.; a brother, Juan Alvarez; three grandchildren: Jorge Alberto Moya Jr., Sebastian Moya, and Kaylani Lynn Alvarez; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. with a 11 a.m. chapel service, Thursday, August 24, 2017, at Legacy Chapels, 4610 S. Jackson Rd in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
