Mission, Texas Juana A. Quintanilla,87, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday July 4, 2017 surrounded by her family at the Las Palmas Nursing Home in McAllen. She was born in General Teran,NL. Mexico to Margarito and Felipa Adame. She had resided in Mission Texas for the past 25 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 38 yrs Mr. Antonio Quintanilla, two sisters and three brothers. Left to cherish her memory are her two sons; Cesar (Alicia) Quintanilla of Edinburg and Antonio (Gloria) Quintanilla of Mission and one daughter Bertha Alicia (Vicente) Garcia of San Antonio, Texas; brothers Heliodoro Adame and Isaias Adame, a sister Gloria Adame. Also five grandchildren- Ismael, Nelly(Richard), Cesar,Jr. Brenda(Miguel), and Elizabeth and four great grand children- Joel, Jonathan, Isabella, and Sofia. Visitation will be held on Thursday July 6, 2017 at Legacy Chapels,4610 S. Jackson Rd. in Edinburg from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm. Funeral service will be on Friday July 7, 2017 at 10:00 am at Legacy Chapels with interment to follow to Valley Memorial Cemetery in Mission. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
