GUADALUPE LUNA VARGAS
MISSION - Guadalupe Luna Vargas, 64, went to be with our Lord, Tuesday, January 10, 2017, in Edinburg surrounded by her family. Born in Mexico she had lived in Mission most of her life. Guadalupe was preceded in death by her husband, Luis Torres Rios; parents, Guadalupe and Francisca Luna.
Ms. Luna Vargas is survived by her four children, Cruz Noe Torres, Mireya (Julio Cesar) Loera, Luis Miguel Torres and Ivan Torres; grandchildren, Erick, Julio "JR", Dayanna and others; a great-grandson, Jeremiah; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Thursday, January 12, 2017, at Legacy Chapels 4610 S. Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, January 13, 2017, at Legacy Chapels. Cremation will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
