JOSEFINA URESTE EDINBURG - Josefina Ureste, 89, went to be with our Lord, Monday December 19, 2016, in Edinburg. Mrs. Ureste is preceded in death by her husband, Raul Ureste Sr.; two sons, Esteban and Raul Ureste Jr.; a daughter, Norma Mares; a great-grandson, Isiah Ureste; her parents, Rosalio and Emilia Garza; two sisters, Hermelinda Garza and Anita Vasquez. Mrs. Ureste is survived by her children, Rogelio (Minnie) Ureste, Ricardo (Lupita) Ureste, Romeo (Margie) Ureste and Nora U. (Valentin) Ramirez Jr.; 15 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Luz and Hilario Garza; three sisters, Santos Salinas, Clemencia Dimas and Rosalia De Los Santos. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Tuesday, December 20, 2016, at Legacy Chapels 4610 S. Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 21, 2016, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
