Alberto De La Cruz, 57, went to be with the Lord Monday, November 21, 2016, at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Esperanza De La Cruz.
Alberto is survived by his wife, Luz Maria De La Cruz; a son, Nestor (Jessica Ruby Lopez) De La Cruz; two daughters, Anagelly De La Cruz and Dulce Esperanza De La Cruz; four siblings, Bertha Alicia (Gabriel Vasquez) Garza, Juan Antonio (Amada) De La Cruz, Joanna De La Cruz and Fabiola (Manuel) De La Cruz.
Visitation will take place from 3 to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service Tuesday, November 22, 2016, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at South Pharr Apostolic Church in Pharr. Interment will follow at San Jose Cemetery in Mission.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels of Edinburg.
