HOMERO JAIME MALDONADO EDINBURG - Homero Jaime Maldonado, 56, passed away Friday November 11, 2016, in Austin, Texas, surrounded by his family. Mr. Maldonado is preceded in death by his parents, Juan C. and Guadalupe Maldonado; a brother, Ricardo Maldonado; four sisters, Santos M. Ybarra, Eugenia M. Salinas, Maria Elena Solis and Sylvia A. Longoria. Mr. Maldonado is survived by his wife Esperanza Suarez; his children, Juan Jaime (Christina) Maldonado, Albert (Jessica) Maldonado, Jimmy Lee (Narce) Maldonado, Rafael Olivarez, Christopher James Olivarez; five grandchildren; two brothers, Maximiano (Martha) Maldonado and Alfredo (Hermelinda) Aparicio; two sisters, Maria San Juanita Rico and Rosa Linda (Jose) Escobar; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Wednesday, November 16, 2016, at Legacy Chapels 4610 S. Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Funeral service will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, November 17, 2016, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg. Funeral service are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
