Obituary of Eduardo Maciel

EDUARDO MACIEL EDINBURG - Eduardo Maciel, 48, went to be with our Lord, Sunday, November 6, 2016, in McAllen surrounded by his family. Born in McAllen he had lived in Edinburg most of his life. Mr. Maciel was owner of Maciel Welding and Construction Company in Edinburg for the past 15 years. He is preceded in death by his father, Jose Guadalupe Maciel. Mr. Maciel is survived by his wife Juanita Maciel; three children, Samantha, Jacqueline and Eduardo Maciel Jr.; his mother, Maria Rita Maciel; four siblings, Jovita Maciel, Sonia (Isaac) Sanchez, Eliaquin Maciel and Erika Maciel; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Tuesday, November 8, 2016, at Legacy Chapels 4610 S. Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 9, 2016, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
