SAN JUANITA "JANIE" VEGA
EDINBURG - San Juanita "Janie" Vega, 54, went to be with our Lord, Tuesday, July 19, 2016, in Edinburg surrounded by her family. Born in Woodburn, Oregon she had lived in Edinburg most of her life. She is preceded in death by her parents, Brigido and Beatriz Moya.
Mrs. Vega is survived by her husband, Ricardo Vega Sr., three children, Sandra Vega, Norma Linda Vega and Ricardo (Deena) Vega Jr.; four grandchildren, Alison, Derrick, Giana and Dervin; two brothers, Rodolfo and Brigido Moya Jr.; two sisters, Elvira Bernal and Alicia Bowman; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin at 8 a.m. Monday, July 25, 2016, with a 1 p.m. chapel service to follow at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
