Obituary of Cresencia Alvarado

CRESENCIA ALVARADO SAN JUAN - Our beloved Cresencia Alvarado, 81, was reunited with her husband on Tuesday, March 8, 2016, in San Antonio, Texas. Crecencia was born in Engelman Gardens, Texas to Pablo Falcon and Beatriz Tellez Falcon on June 15, 1934. She loved flowers and deeply loved her husband and children. Cresencia was a devoted mother and was loved by all. Her warmth and love was admired by everyone she touched. She is preceded in death by her husband Ricardo Alvarado; parents, Pablo and Beatriz Falcon; and a sister Ana Evangelina and a brother Luis Falcon. Mrs. Alvarado is survived by her three daughters; Lucila Alvarado from McAllen, Rosa Lilia Nieves (Raul) from Seattle, Washington, Dianna Arrigoitia (Ulysses) from San Antonio, Texas; son Ricardo Alvarado Jr. (Nidia) from McAllen; five grandchildren Richard Lynn, Idalis Marie, Illiana del Carmen, Ulises Esteban, and Ricardo Diego; two sisters, Cruzita Cortez of Pharr and Concha Schweitzer from Chicago, Illinois; five brothers, Guadalupe Falcon from Chicago, Illinois, Lorenzo Falcon from Pharr, Carlos Falcon from Fresno, California, Hector Falcon from Pharr and David Falcon from Seguin, TX; a Brother and Sisters in law; nieces and nephews that she cared for with all her heart and loved. Funeral service will be at 10am Friday, March 11, 2016, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
