Dago, Joshua, and family, I am so terribly sorry for your loss. I only had the pleasure of meeting Rosa once - on a random Husky trip to Monterrey, but she made a wonderful impression. I met Rosa when I was 10 years old (1980). Back then we were like a big St. Stanislaus family. I witnessed the beginning of her beautiful relationship with Beto (whom I still see as my brother). When I was 22 years old, I was going through the hardest time in my life due to domestic violence. I had a 1 year old baby and didn't know where to go or who to turn to. Maricela Villegas (my eternal sister in law❤️) asked Rosa if she would take us in. Rosa already had Joshua and Vivi. She didn't think twice. She offered me not only food and shelter but more importantly her unconditional love and support. I will always love and hold her in my heart and prayers (and of course her family too).
