I always had awesome memories of Tio Frank. He always made me laugh when ever Tia Meli yelled his name. He'd roll his eyes or say something funny like she needed to exercise her lungs or if she didn't she would explode. Such an easy going person. I will always remember him sitting under the tree just relaxing with my parents.
