SARA CANO
SAN JUAN- Sara Cano, 87, entered eternal rest on Friday, June 17, 2022 in Edinburg. Ms. Cano was preceded in death by her son, Reynaldo Martinez; parents, Reynaldo and Victoria Cano; sister, Diana Bourbois; brother-in-law, Roberto Bourbois.
Ms. Cano is survived by her daughter, Yvette (Jose Angel) Torres; four grandchildren, Joseph (Lisa) Torres, Janette (Vincent) Rodriguez, Jose Angel Torres Jr. "A.J." and Joe Andrew Torres; six great-grandchildren, Joseph Torres II, James Torres, Hunter Rodriguez, Jacoby Torres, Haizley Rodriguez and Hailyn Rodriguez; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at San Jose Cemetery in Mission.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
