Obituary of Gilda Ruby Sanchez

GILDA RUBY SANCHEZ EDINBURG- It is with great sorrow we announce that Gilda Ruby Sanchez has passed on to a better place on April 9th, 2022. Ruby, 35, was born on November 1, 1986 to parents Rodolfo and Gilda Sanchez in San Juan, Texas. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Gonzalo Garcia, Amado Garcia and Andrea Soto, her uncles; Amado Gallardo, Jesus Garcia and Trinidad “Jr” Martinez. Ruby was known to all her friends and family as a caring, loving and giving woman. Her favorite hobbies were giving gifts, planning parties and making treats. She enjoyed making a variety of sweet treats and snacks for your party. From pretzels covered in chocolate to cake pops and everything in between. She loved bringing everyone together and a having a good time. And good luck trying to get away from the party without taking a picture first. She loved making everybody happy. And we are all so lucky to have had her in our lives. Ruby is survived by her grandmother Ramona, her parents Rodolfo and Gilda, Her brothers, Rodolfo (Byanca), Gonzalo, and Andres, and sister Andrea, her Fur babies Storm and Zoey. Her uncle Che; Her aunts; Lupe, Elva, Valentina, Audrey, Laura, Dalia, Tanya, Bee. Her uncles; Frank, Raul, Melesio, Pedro, Martin, and her cousins; Irma, Rudy, Franky, and Ashley, David, Anthony, Christina, and Melissa, Bobby, Christopher, and Matthew, Skylar and Hailey, Samantha, Linda, Consuelo, Martha, Angelica and Martin, Peter, Christopher, Andrea, Melissa, Sarah and Lily, Savanna, Ariana, and Tegan, Jazmin, Jesus, Gracie, Nick, Luke, Zac and Ramona. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a 1 p.m. rosary chapel service, on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna. The Sanchez family will be having a gathering celebrating the life of Gilda Ruby Sanchez in Donna TX. All are welcome to attend. Services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels.
