MARIA SANTOS GARZA
EDINBURG- Maria Santos Garza, 92, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 in Edinburg surrounded by her family. Mrs. Garza was preceded by her husband, Eusebio Garza; daughter, Nohemy Ortiz; son, Jesus Angel Garza; three great-grandchildren, Jesus Angel Garza, Saul Morales Jr. and Maria De Luz; parents, Guadalupe and Modesta Garza; four siblings, Guadalupe Garza, Maria De La Luz Garza, Rosa Garza and Luis Garza.
Mrs. Garza is survived by her six children, Nereida (Guillermo) Morales, Mario (Espiria) Garza, Melida (Guillermo) Paz, Roel (Maria Velia) Garza, Reynol Garza and Eusebio (Yesenia) Garza; 27 grandchildren; 63 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great grandchildren; brother, Domingo Garza; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Sunday, April 3, 2022 at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 4, 2022 at Seventh Day Adventist Church 602 W. Wisconsin Road in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
