Obituary of Beverly Joyce Knowles

Beverly J. (Dalllas) Knowles MISSION– Beverly J. Knowles 80, entered eternal rest Monday, March 7, 2022, in McAllen, Texas surrounded by her family. Mrs. Knowles was preceded in death by her parents, Wallace D. and Glenetta Burns. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Robert H. Knowles, her sister, Barbara Marie Yeats and her children, Barbara Hutton, Lance Knowles and Kimberly Heberlein. She was blessed with seven grandkids and five great grandkids. Dallas will be remembered for her love of animals, her passion for sports of most kinds but especially the LA Lakers and the Dallas Cowboys. She was a vital partner to her husband, Robert, throughout their married life. Dallas was also an accomplished artist, who was naturally creative. Beverly was a woman of style and grace, beautiful inside and out, a loyal and compassionate friend. She loved gardening, however, her best work was done with outdoor plants. A celebration of life will be held at Legacy Funeral Home, 4610 S. Jackson Rd., Edinburgh on March 11, 2022 from 3-6 pm with service beginning at 5 pm.
