JOSE JUAN TAMEZ
ALAMO - Jose Juan Tamez, 53, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, in Montgomery Alabama.
Mr. Tamez is survived by his wife, Martina Reyna; twelve children, Jose Juan Jr., Carlos Alberto, Sonia Patricia, Cruz Estella, Martha, Alejandra, Gerardo G., Donato, Martina, Brianna, David and Mario Tamez; numerous grandchildren; his parents, Cruz Estela Tamez Garza and Donato Jasso Maldonado; four siblings, Evangelina Tamez Rodriguez, Monica Tamez Lira, Juan Martin Marinez Tamez and Carla Mariela Flores Tamez; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 10, 2022, at Resurrection Catholic Church in Alamo. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
