JOSE DE JESUS MENDOZA
ALAMO - Jose De Jesus Mendoza, 52, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, in Edinburg. Mr. Mendoza was preceded in death by his parents, Pedro and Maria Elvira Mendoza; his brothers, Rodolfo Mendoza and Pedro Mendoza; his sister, San Juanita Pena.
Mr. Mendoza is survived by his wife, Maria V. Mendoza; three children, Ivone M. (Luis) Morin, Edylyn J. (Javier Muniz) Mendoza, and Jesus Abraham Mendoza; his grandson, Luis Morin; seven sisters, Carmela Gonzales, Angelica Cantu, Martha Munoz, Guadalupe Rodriguez, Maricela Villalobos, Agustina Rodriguez, and Magdalena Mendoza; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, February 17, 2022, at Resurrection Catholic Church in Alamo. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
