Obituary of Enrique Munoz

ENRIQUE "RICKY" MUNOZ MCALLEN - Enrique "Ricky" Munoz, 47, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 in McAllen Texas. Mr. Munoz was preceded in death by his father, Arnoldo Munoz Sr.; maternal grandparents, Juan and Maria Villarreal, and paternal grandparents, Enrique and Romula Munoz. Mr. Munoz is survived by his three sons, Nicholas, Enrique II and Alex Munoz; his granddaughter, Aleyda Munoz; his mother, Esperanza Munoz; four siblings, Imelda, Romula (Romie), Irene Munoz-Cavazos and Arnoldo Munoz Jr.; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition, he is survived by Gilbert, Silver and Vincent, whom he loved and considered them his own sons. He helped raise them with their mother, Loretta Gracia. Ricky was born and raised in South Chicago Heights, Illinois and later moved to McAllen, Texas. He was a very sweet man with a heart of gold. He always greeted you with a big smile, a hug and was always happy to see you. Ricky loved his children and family very much and will be deeply missed. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 10 a.m Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery and Mausoleum in McAllen, Texas. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
