MARIO FLORES
MCALLEN - Mario Flores, 88, entered eternal sleep on Thursday, January 27, 2022, in Mission. Mr. Flores was preceded in death by his wife, Maria De Jesus Flores; his son, Jorge Luis Flores; his parents, Alfredo and Isabel Flores; his brothers, Alfredo Flores and David Flores; three sisters, Delia Salinas, Dora De Leon and Zulema Vargas.
Mr. Flores is survived by his three children, Marta D. (Ismael) Flores, Mario A. (Jovita) Flores and Javier Flores; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in McAllen. Interment will follow at La Piedad Cemetery in McAllen.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
