PETRA G. MORENO PHARR- Petra G. Moreno (Petrie), 57, was born in Fresno, California entered eternal rest on Thursday , January 20,2022 in Edinburg, Texas. Petra was preceded in death by her grandmother Lionires Sauceda Segura and grandfather Gonzalo Sanchez. Petra was loving, considerate, caring daughter to her parents. Petra as a sister was neutral person, morally supportive, and always there for her brothers and sisters. Petra as an aunt loved her nieces and nephews and was there in every life milestone of their accomplishments. Petra enjoyed listening to 80’s, classics, R&B, and Hip-Hop music. Her favorite music artist were Bryan Adams, Marvin Gay, and Tupac Shakur. She enjoyed going to the movies eating popcorn with cheese with a cherry coke and shopping. Her favorite football team was Pittsburgh Steelers and fan of Big Ben Roethlisberger and Steph Curry and Klay Thompson of the Golden State Warriors. She enjoyed watching sports Petra was a appliance specialist associate at the Home Depot for 17 years, was a hard worker and dedicated associate. Petra's absence leaves huge void in our hearts and will be extremely greatly missed by her survived love ones. Petra is survived by her parents Jose and Gloria Moreno; Brother Filiberto Moreno(Delia), Cayetano Moreno (Maria), Virginio Moreno (Norma), Jose Moreno Jr. (Jamie), Sister Maria J. Moreno, Elvira Moreno, Brother Cecilio Moreno, Silverio C. Moreno; Nieces and Nephews: Alyssa Moreno, Kristine Rodriguez, Jovanni E. Moreno, Joseph D. Moreno, Angela Moreno, Alana B. Moreno, Gabriela Moreno, Aizah Z. Moreno, Ava N. Garcia, Mateo Garza. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral Mass will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at St. Jude Catholic Church in Pharr. Inurnment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. Funeral services are services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
