JESUS CONTRERAS
PHARR - Jesus Contreras, 65, entered eternal rest on Thursday, December 30, 2021, in McAllen. Mr. Contreras was preceded in death by his parents, Octaviano and Amada Contreras.
Mr. Contreras is survived by his wife, Raquel Contreras; four children, Jesus A. (Araceli Hernandez) Contreras, Ismael (Adriana) Contreras, Belinda (Raul) Contreras-Ochoa, and Mizael Contreras; five grandchildren, Emmanuel, Arianna, Ezekiel, Kendrick, and Alba; eight siblings, Paula Amaya, Antonio Contreras, Juan Contreras, Felix Contreras, Guadalupe Contreras, Martin Contreras, Olga Montoya, and Rafael Contreras; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, on Tuesday, January 4, 2021, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 5, 2021, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
