JOSE MARIA ZEPEDA JR.
SAN JUAN- Jose Maria Zepeda Jr., 69, went to his eternal home with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ Tuesday, December 14, 2021 in McAllen. Mr. Zepeda was preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Rosa Zepeda; three sisters, Susana Ramos, Rachel Watts and Carmen Cantu.
Mr. Zepeda is survived by his wife, Maria Victoria Zepeda; daughters, Melissa Zepeda and Vanessa Marie (Daniel) Vera; two grandchildren, Jon D. Vera and Angelina N. Vera; five brothers, Eliberto (Molly) Zepeda, Francisco "Franky" (Paula) Zepeda, Martin (Anna) Zepeda, Cosme Antonio (Dina) Zepeda and Trinidad Zepeda; his sister, Maria (Raymund) Medrano; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Monday, December 20, 2021, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral Mass will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission with full military honors.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
