My tío Ramon brought happiness to everyone around. He was an amazing cook and made the best tortillas I've ever tasted. We also named a popular seafood soup after him because he would add rice to it and we thought it was the best, Sopa Ramona. He helped us out when we had nothing and treated us as his own children. I wish I could have had more time to let him know how positively he impacted our lives.
