Obituary of Luciano Leal

LUCIANO LEAL EDINBURG - Luciano Leal, 74, entered eternal rest Friday, October 1, 2021 in Edinburg surrounded by his family. Mr. Leal was preceded in death by his son, Lauro Antonio Leal; his parents, Manuel and Maria Mercedes Leal; his brother, Evaristo Leal; two sisters, Lilia Medrano and Paula Leal. Mr. Leal is survived by his wife, Catalina Leal; his ten children, Luciano Leal Jr., Leticia (Luis Dario) Rodriguez, Lourdes Leal, Maria Mercedes Leal, Ignacio Leal, Pedro (Tina) Leal, Jose Manuel Leal, Laura (Ricardo) Rodriguez, Luz Divina (Luis Alberto) Salinas, and Dora Alicia Leal; 30 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren; four brothers, Juan, Pedro, Alfonso, and Gerardo Leal; four sisters, Clara, Guadalupe, Felicitas, and Edith Leal; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
