Obituary of Miguel Angel Mendoza

MIGUEL ANGEL MENDOZA ALTON - Miguel Angel Mendoza, 51, entered eternal rest Saturday, September 18, 2021, in Edinburg. Mr. Mendoza was preceded in death by his mother, Guadalupe Mendoza. We sat beside your bedside, Our hearts were crushed and sore ; We did our duty till the end, Til we could do no more. In tears we watched you sinking, We watched you fade away; and though our hearts were breaking, We knew you could not stay. You left behind some aching hearts, That love you most sincere, We never shall and never will, Forget you, father dear. Sincerely your daughter, Yolanda Mendoza and your son in law Sabino Rodea, with unconditional love from all your family. Mr. Mendoza is survived by his daughter, Yolanda (Sabino Rodea) Mendoza; two grandchildren, Jesus Mendoza and Luna Rodea; his father, Jose Mendoza; his companion, Amalia Blanco and her children, Emily B. Balderas, Meladie Balderas, Dennis Balderas, and Sonny Balderas; ten siblings, Aracely (Gabriel) Gonzalez, Irma (Elias) Mondragon, Esmeralda (Martin) Duran, Joel (Iliana) Mendoza, Jose (Melissa) Mendoza, Rodrigo (Selene) Mendoza, Nelson (Yolanda) Mendoza, Narciso Mendoza, Guadalupe Mendoza, and Ana Rosa (Jason Rivas) Mendoza; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. with a 5 p.m. rosary, Friday, September 24, 2021, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
