To the Tovar/Olvera family and to Andy, Frank, and Alex my most sincere condolences. Ruthie as we called her had been my good friend for many years. I will truly miss her and her smile and happiness will live in my mind. She loved music and smiling. But I know she must be happy with the love of her life and parents up in heaven.
