Last year when we were in Graf I made Jorge a cake for his birthday. I made the cake with ingredients we had on hand. He said he liked it but I promised him that for his next birthday I’d get him an actual cake and we’d celebrate together. He would have been 20 today, Happy Heavenly Birthday Jorge , I love you and miss you so much.

A year ago today I met you for the first time. Little did Ik you’d change my life. You are one of the most beautiful souls I ever got to meet . You were always so selfless, generous, kind and so sweet like honey, the same color as your eyes. I’m glad I got to gaze into them for the time that I did. They were the most beautiful eyes I had ever seen and I always wish I could have had more time to look into them. I always pray that one day I will see them again. I miss you and only hold love for you, that will never change.

The one thing I’m most thankful for today is meeting you. I learned so much from you and will forever be thankful for having you in my life even if it was for a brief moment. I remember driving school and how we always had our little squad. Getting tacos from el compadre during break and shakes from pump’d nutrition. We’d always take turn paying. I would always tell you how handsome you were cause it was true. You had a smile that made you wanna fall in love and big beautiful eyes with amazing eyelashes. (I always had to touch them.) We talked about future plans and what we wanted in life. Even though our memories were only 2 short months they were the most amazing. I’m glad God let me meet such an amazing person. You made an impact in my life during that time. I was going through something dark and you just brought some light into my life. My favorite memory will always be you buying me serenata and tacos ❤️. No one had ever done that for me. May you Rest In Peace. A beautiful soul gone too soon.

You were the kindest and most purest person I ever met, I never wanted to change anything about you on the contrary I always wished I could have changed the world for you. I loved every detail about you from the way you laughed at my dorky quirks to the way you jammed out to music and especially your gorgeous honey brown eyes glistening in the sun. You were everything to me and I never stopped loving you even for a second, I wish you would have felt it more and had that certainty, I wish you knew how much I miss you every day. We’ll see each other again, I know it, just save me a spot at by your side. We’ll still accomplish our list.

Our condolences to the Family of Jorge Garcia, had an opportunity to meet him in Austin. Shared some good times would help him work on his car when he needed helped. Took him and my grand daughter out to lunch right before he left to Germany. To him my wife and I were Don and Dona very respectful young men. I remember talking to him a few times and gave him some advice, you are young either make a career of the arm forces or take advantage of the GI bill and educate yourself. Funny young man always with a smile and seem to always enjoy life. May God give the family the strength to go on, he will be gone but not forgotten. A salute to Army serviceman Jorge Garcia may you RIP.
