MARGARITA ALVARADO
PHARR - Margarita Alvarado, 95, entered eternal rest Friday, July 2, 2021, in Pharr surrounded by her family. Mrs. Alvarado was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Alvarado Martinez.
Mrs. Alvarado is survived by her son, Jose Alvarado Cardenas; two nieces, Nora Margarita (Jesus Eduardo Galvan Contreras) Alvarado Sanchez, and Maria Guadalupe (Arturo Cardenas Castillo) Alvardo Sanchez.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.
