AURELIA ALANIS PHARR - Aurelia Alanis, 88, entered eternal rest Tuesday, May 18, 2021, in McAllen. Mrs. Alanis was preceded in death by her husband, Alfonso Alanis; her parents, Salomon and Santos De Leon; two brothers, Manuel and Jesus De Leon; two sisters, Guillermina Flores, and Lucia De Leon. Mrs. Alanis is survived by her daughter, Adoralia (Ubaldo) Espinoza; two grandchildren, Ubaldo (Mayra) Espinoza Jr., and Dorita (Joaquin) Alfaro; four great-grandchildren, Joel Martin, Leonel, Yarely, and Joaquin Abiel; three sisters, Gloria Martinez, Elfida De Leon, and Florida Del Leon; two brothers, Ramiro, and Jose De Leon; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Tuesday, May 25, 2021, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. Funeral service are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
