RAFAEL MAGAÑA PARRA
EDINBURG - Rafael Magaña Parra, 88, entered eternal rest Tuesday, April 20, 2021, in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Magaña was preceded in death by his wife, Eduarda Soledad Magaña; his parents, Federico and Marcelina Magaña; five siblings, Dolores Sanchez, Remigia Magaña de Yerena, Vicente Magaña Parra, Federico Magaña Parra, and Teodoro Magaña Parra.
Mr. Magaña is survived by his two children, Rafael (Anali) Magaña, and Marla Magaña; four grandchildren, Alondra, Alejandra, Luis Eduardo, and Aranza Magaña; four siblings, Mercedes Treviño, Elvia Magaña de Vargas, Aaron Pablo Magaña Parra, and Francisco Magaña Parra.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m rosary, Monday, April 26, 2021, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
