ARMANDO HERRERA Armando Herrera, 72, entered eternal rest Friday, March 19, 2021, in Edinburg. Mr. Herrera was preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Aurora Herrera; two brothers, Carlos and Jose Herrera. Mr. Herrera is survived by his wife, Teodora Herrera; six children, Juan Herrera, Jesus Herrera, Brenda Herrera, Jorge (Leticia) Herrera, Maira (Emilio) Morado, and Leonel (Miriam) Herrera; 9 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren; three siblings, Andres Herrera, Alta Gracia Herrera, and Maria De Jesus Herrera; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 3 p.m to 5 p.m with a 5 p.m. prayer service, Sunday, March 28, 2021, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, March 29, 2021, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at San Jose Cemetery in Mission. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
