Margarita Hooks,75, gained her wings and entered eternal peace in heaven on January 27,2021 in McAllen Texas. Margarita was born April 18,1945 in Donna, Texas to Robert Hooks and Paula Benavidez. Margarita was full of life. She had a beautiful smile, a huge heart and she had love for all her family. Margarita will be dearly missed. She will forever be loved and we look forward to seeing you again in heaven. Margarita was preceded in death by her parents; her son Francisco Gomez.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Norma Hernández, Maria Hernandez-Stewart, Rosa Hernández, Jesús Hernández, Graciela Hernández, Angelita Sendejo, José Sendejo; many grandchildren great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Monday, February 8,2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Legacy Chapels,4610 South Jackson Rd in Edinburg. A celebration of Life service will begin at 5:30 PM followed by the Recital of the Holy Rosary at 6:30 PM.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Legacy Chapels of Edinburg.
