JOSE TREVIÑO MISSION - Jose Treviño, 75, entered eternal rest on Saturday, December 26, 2020, in McAllen. Mr. Treviño was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Julio Ybarra; his parents, Aniceto and Ernestina Treviño; six siblings, Eudelia Torres, Zoila Cuevas, Carlos Torres, Silvia Torres, Francisco Treviño, and Magdaleno Treviño. Mr. Treviño is survived by his wife, Maria Treviño; eight children, Abigail Treviño, Aniceto (Maria De Jesus) Treviño, Juanita (Deglis Garcia) Treviño, Magdaleno (Anabel) Treviño, Jose A. (San Juanita) Treviño, Ernestina (Adalberto Barajas) Treviño, Gerardo Treviño, and Gilberto (Natalie) Treviño; 33 grandchildren; 24 great-great-grandchildren; his sister, Ernestina (Jesus) Garcia; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin at 8 a.m. with a 11 a.m. rosary, Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Santa Fe Celestial Cemetery in Mission. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
