Granma I will always remember this day when we baked cakes for Christmas and you banged the pan with a hammer to get the cupcakes out. You even dented your metal pan and we laughed so hard. I love you forever and always.

My tia Pura. She was a lady. From the time i can remember she was always dolled up. Her prom n several other dances she attended in high school gave me the impression she was going 2 a Cindrella-like ball. The most beautiful dresses, I was just in awe. Mind u we were raised outside of town at "The Ranch" where we all ran barefoot outside all the time. Then she met her future husband Rodolfo, who was in the military. So on to instant poloroids. She dressed up n we took pics n she mailed them off to him. After that they have been together. He was called home last year. N now she is finally w/ him. God Bless her and May she Rest in Peace. We Love u Tia Pura. Tap out 4 now

Mrs. Perez will always be the most amazing, wisest and strongest woman I will ever know and love dearly. She was the mother I never had who consistently remained in my life the last 25 years. Every monumental memory in my life, she is in it, and that’s exactly how I’ll forever remember her. ♥️ She loved like no one else I know and would’ve done anything and everything for my boys and I and we’re forever grateful. She’s the perfect definition of love, family and loyalty. She was also the greatest grandmother my kids could ever be blessed with and I pray that He heals their pain.
Pura, you will forever be in our hearts and your memory will forever live on with my children and I. The road up ahead won’t be easy without you, but we know that you’re in a better place with Mr. Perez and your sisters, Rebecca and Gloria, and that gives us some form of comfort and peace. We love you with all our hearts and souls.
