JOSE ADAN SALAZAR MISSION - Jose Adan Salazar, 44, entered eternal rest Friday, November 13, 2020, in Mission. Jose was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Tomas and Agustina Salazar; his maternal grandparents, Jose A. and Eulalia Martinez. Jose is survived by his wife, Cynthia L. Salazar; three daughters, Brittany Alaniz, Alexandra Salazar, and Jacklyn Salazar; his parents, Jose Manuel Salazar Sr., and Maria D. Salazar; four siblings, Jose Manuel (Marlen) Salazar Jr., Maria M. (Juventino Rojas) Salazar, Jose Miguel (Daisy) Salazar, and Anabel (Santos Garza) Salazar; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Tuesday, November 17, 2020, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 18, 2020, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Santa Fe Celestial Cemetery in Mission. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
